To publish material under the Forgotten Ballad Third Party License, you must heed the following: You can’t use copy or translate art or text from the Forgotten Ballad book unless you have explicit permission to do it You can’t use the Forgotten Ballad or Coolwayink logos You can’t state or imply that your work is an official Forgotten Ballad product or endorsed by Coolwayink You can copy or modify the character sheet or item cards art You can use, reference, and modify the game rules and mechanics

Legal

The following text must be included somewhere visible within your publication and on the website or storefront where you promote the product:

[Product name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is not affiliated with Coolwayink or Fellipe da Silva. It is published under the Forgotten Ballad Third Party Licence.

This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere on the product:

Forgotten Ballad is copyright of Coolwayink.

Coolwayink and Fellipe da Silva take no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.

Branding

You are encouraged and allowed, but not required to use the following logo in your publication, website, or storefront where you promote your product.
