tactics.min
A downloadable smol game
I love tactical games. But I hate to read 600-page books to play them. So, of course, I had to design something on my own.
tactics.min is a small skirmish RPG intended to be played with minis, d6s, and squared grids. I designed it with digital play in mind, specifically Tale Spire, but you can use any VTT or Tabletop Simulators.
In this smol game you'll find:
- Superfast rules to play
- 3 examples of heroes minis
- 4 foes skirmish with
- Moves and spells to increment your fights
That should be enough to play some sections, and the rules are easy to expand (which I might do later).

heavy armour is listed as +3 def, -1 dex. doesn't this end up effectively being +2 def, same as medium, because you're losing the point of dex?

How does shield bash works exactly?
You make the attack, the total of hits are the damage and the number of squares you send the other mini away Did it help?
Do you use the sword bonus for the attack or the +1 from the shield?
